After months of much turmoil and not knowing where to go, we got your number by chance and Katie was so professional in the way that she conducted the conversation and put everything in to context, she made us feel so much at ease by the end of it , I really wish I had found you 6 months ago when this was at a head as we would not have had the problems that we did, I will more than definitely refer you to anybody that I feel that needs your help.
