Easy process. I read the reviews first, as obviously never sure how genuine sites are.
I listed my unwanted gift card. It clearly showed the amount I would be paid, at the very beginning of the process. It is transparent what the fees are. I was told it would be 13 January before payment was authorised. A couple of weeks. I recieved emails with updates throughout. On 13th January I received notification that the card had been processed. Payment was in my chosen account mid afternoon. Wouldnt hesitate to buy or sell through this site in future
