I've used Cardyard 3 times so far and had great service. The first 2 gift cards were emailed to me quickly but the 3rd gift card was a little delayed. I was asked for ID to prove the credit card I used was mine. It was in my partner's name so I understood their wariness and appreciated the additional security step. After I sent the requested info I was emailed the gift card quite quickly.
