First time I've heard of or used Capital Car Finance, but I have nothing but praise for everyone there! Everyone I spoke to seemed to genuinely want to help you and offer ACTUAL non-biased advice, rather than just sell you an agreement and give you a load of sales spiel - Alex in particular was fantastic! He really looked after me! After getting signed up to a PCP agreement from my dealer (which I later found out added an extortionate £4,000-£5,000 interest towards the purchase of my new car at 10.9% APR, despite my previous agreement being at only 4.9%!), I wanted to withdraw from it using the 14 days cooling off period - contacted Capital Car Finance and Alex walked me through all my options and was able to get me on a 6.9% agreement through a different finance company - when the agreement went through, however, it was pushed up to 7.9% after the credit checks, however, this was not at the fault of Capital Car Finance nor Alex, and was solely down to the finance company's decision upon completing the checks - APR is still 3% cheaper and will end up saving me more than £1,000 when my agreement ends! Alex even gave me the option to decline the offer when we found out that the APR had been raised and thus, I would not be charged for their service fee - just shows how fair and honest these guys are! Every question I had, and every bit of further contact whilst changing my agreement was met with Alex's friendly, professional and non-biased advice - I will definitely be using these guys again in the future!
