The screen went sideways to landscape view and I cannot change it back so I can’t even see what the text says or what the pictures look like!Also, it said that I would get a free upgrade to rush shipping but I was charged more than $35 for regular shipping! Please send me advance proofs asap as I don’t want canvases I could not even see. There is.nowhere listed to fix these issues but the payment process apparently went through. Very disappointing— The Interface has no option to get to help until after checkout — and once it flipped to landscape view , half the screen was cut off so I couldn’t even see the images or read all the already confusing instructions . This is terrible design
