I never write reviews, but I had to make sure that potential customers are aware of the
unseen when ordering from this company. I placed an order of $1300 in canvas prints. The next day I noticed that the shipping address were incorrect. I contacted their award winning customer support who informed me that I have to pay a 20% wastage fee to change the shipping address. BTW the order was not shipped at the time of my call. I would not call this award winning customer service... very disappointed with this company's customer service.
