I can only say I have received excellent communication and service on my recent Kayak purchase. I enquired on the lead time for a product expecting an email back within a day or two, instead I had a phone call within a couple of hours telling me if I completed my online order the product would be collected from the manufacturer the following day, and despatched. You cannot better service like this - and all with such competitive prices and free shipping.
