The staff at the Canoe and Kayak store were really helpful to get me some specialist replacement parts for my kayak.
It involved liaising with the U.K. manufacturer of the boat to get the parts from the original manufacturer in China.
I can't thank them enough for all the time they spent and the trouble they went to to get the bits.
