I phoned for advice about buying a pair of sit-on-top kayaks nearly two years ago. I delayed buying immediately (pandemic; retirement; a house move), but now being much more settled I returned to the plan. I stayed with Canoe and Kayak Store because I remembered how careful and thoughtful the advice had been; once again they gave outstanding service, being friendly and helpful in phone and email communication. Their advice for a couple of sexagenarians returning to the water was spot-on, and the kayaks recommended - Islander Koa- are perfect for us. Delivery was amazingly quick, too, and the whole package - kayaks, paddles, buoyancy aids and kayak carriers for the car - came at a very decent price. Overall, a really impressive company delivering a first-class service.
