Went to the store in person having looked online but decided we needed to try PFD’s on before purchase. Amazing bloke, excellent customer service. Attentive and thorough without ever being obsequious. Incredibly knowledgeable, warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly. Didn’t make us feel like newbie idiots, took time to ensure he really understood what we needed. Didn’t try and upsell us anything, put us under zero pressure. Honestly one of the easiest and most straightforward shopping experiences our lives. Prices extreme competitive, even compared to online only stores.
