The advisor was very friendly and polite and provided a holiday itinerary quickly based on the discussion of my requirements. However the itinerary was provided before availability was confirmed and consequently not all the itinerary was available. Alternatives was not offered immediately, only when prompted. I think my rating would have been higher had the advisor taken more of the initiative. To be fair this may have been difficult given that my booking was not done face to face and communication was via e-mail and telephone.
