We have dealt with Michelle since 2010. She has always been able to give us the best itinerary for the various areas in Canada and now knows exactly what type of hotel and style of holiday we enjoy.
Michelle went to great lengths to make sure we were aware of flight delays during our last trip to Vancouver, which BA hadn't informed us of.
