My husband and I are very pleased with the prompt service that delivered to us by Anne Macaldowie of Barrhead. We requested a tailored package to Canada and Alaska cruise. Anne was not only knowledgeable and informative but also patient and helpful. We changed the itinerary at least twice and Anne was capable to offer us alternatives to accomodate our particular needs. At no time we felt pressurised in making our decision. As a matter of fact she was so keen to ensure that we have our visas, and appropriate insurances to cover the cruise, flights and hotels. We are very appreciative for all her efforts and efficiency. Anne paid great attention to such details that can be easily missed by customers which potentially could be problematic. This is our second holiday with Barrhead we cannot recommend them enough for their high level of dedication and excellent service.
