Scott McMillan arranged a customised visit to Canada for me and my sister, which was excellent. Scott's knowledge of Canadian holidays/travel is extensive and he helped to get our package right. His customer service is first class and he resolved quickly any queries we had in a professional and friendly manner (ie: missing reference with Canadian service provider). It was a fabulous holiday and every aspect worked like clockwork – from our hotel in Vancouver, the Rocky Mountaineer, stay in Banff & visit to Lake Louise to our stay in Toronto and visit to Niagara Falls.
