Our consultant, Brian, was excellent. He went through all options even when we were asking lots of questions and called back exactly when he said he would. He found answers to all our questions straight away and we were able to tailor our holiday there and then over the phone with no hassle. He found us the best price and gave us the cost of other options so we could compare. He understood our requirements and handled everything in a friendly, professional manner. He was knowledgeable and able to answer queries without the usual "I'll have to call you back about that", which was so refreshing.
