This holiday was booked at short notice due to cancellation of a similar holiday with another firm. From initial enquiry we have had first class service, very helpful advisor (Hannah) and prompt answers to all queries. Loads of information received which has helped greatly in getting 'paperwork' completed prior to the holiday. Excellent customer service! Would recommend 100%.
