Great ordering experience. Delivery was a little late but not the fault of Calido whose staff resolved the issue very quickly with great communication. The birch wood supplied is fantastic. All the wood is cut to a similar size with low moisture (meter tested). The wood looks good, burns with a beautiful flame and smells fantastic piled up in the fireplace. I used an alternative supplier for years but am now making this a permanent shift based on price and quality. I hope to re-order the next time.
