Ordering our stove was relly simple and the after sales service atched my expectations. Sadly becasue of snow and poor weather it's still in its packaging and on a pallet, but as we've experienced the stove at a friends house (in the garden and with social distancing of course!) Im pretty confident all will be well. Dont know who their delivery comapny is but the servcie was excellent. Called in advanced which meant we could move the cars to enable him to bring it to the back of the house - lovely guy! Follow up call too and that just about sums it all up. Can't wait to get it lit, and will send a picture for their gallery when everything has been set up. Thank you
