I have over some years been gradually having my house windows replaced as required by Cairngorm to my entire satisfaction. The most recent, my lounge picture window, alas, No. After installation (about 2-3 years ago) there was evidence of rain leaking in at one bottom corner. Since then I have (because of increased water ingress) had 3 major maintenance visits to deal with the fault. The most recent was 3 men who agreed with my proposed diagnosis, photographed the faulty area and said they would report to Cairngorm. The end. Communication with Cairngorm as usual-nil. I have already submitted photos. Just a wee bit of communication would save the day. (I have 3 more windows to replace!)
