I recently had a major problem with a 3rd party software which I have been using for the past 15 years but their latest version could not be correctly set up. I have been frustrated for days being unable to work. The team at CSD, especially Tia and Alex have been exceptionally patient, kind, "calming" and understanding. Alex promptly arranged for the developer to resolve the issue. I will never purchase software from any other retailer again... Thank you :D
