Delivery was quick - but I ordered 3 pair cable and received 4 pair cable. An extra pair for free you might say - but I can tell you that fitting 4 pair cable under the edge of a fitted carpet is nothing like as easy as it would have been using 3 pair cable, so it wasn't appreciated.
