Ordering online webpages, etc were easy to understand and use.
Receiving emeail notification on the status of my order was good.
However I received shipped notification on 16/11/2018, and item was only delivered on the 26/11/2018. It took 10 days to ship from Basingstoke to East London, this is poor.
Also a couple of 1M cables was over wrapped. Item is not that fragile .
