The delivery charge was £29.95 and had not arrived a week later when we went on holiday to the US, grown up children still at home. I received various cross messages that we were not in for delivery and would not answer the phone (7 hour time difference so often nighttime in America). Eventually delivery was made 4 weeks after ordering. The Product was scratched.
