I ordered 4 x 1.5m 10mm sheets of plastic roofing, 3 were as advertised. The 4th was a cm short. On complaining that I had obviously been given the off-cut from the end of a larger sheet, I was given 2 options:-
1)Wait for weeks for it to be convenient for them to collect it to get a refund.
2) Get a £10 refund and I could keep the sheet that was to small for purpose. Putting the loss of £14.69 down to experience.
