Ordered via website and besides getting the email confirmation of the order, no other communication from C&A after order placed. I phoned up a couple of days after order to make sure all was good, which it was. However would be better from a customer reassurance POV that they phone you. Delivery of £30 (and VAT on top !) is way too expensive, but had no choice as items were 5m in length. Would say however that when they phone a day in advance of delivery, the guy who phoned was very polite and helpful. I will use again as they have good products at good prices (except delivery!)
