Very poor customer aftersales problems. Two items missing from delivered ordered but not noticed until started erection. Total value of £17 against a £1700 order. No problem, I thought but charged another £35 as I was past their 2 day deeadline. When all bits look very similar you cannot possible know if anything is missing until erection. Why would anyone try to rip C&A off for £17, when the fault is theirs. Leaves a very sour taste and having explained my position with their Manager Chris, who ignored any reasoned arguement, I would not ever recommend C&A Building Products solely for their aftersales. Buy local is my recommendation where people help out!!
