After falling ill shortly after making a purchase, the item developed a fault and needed to be exchanged/refunded. Due to being in hospital for a lengthy time this took a good few weeks but thanks to Joe and Tom patiently waiting for me to get back in touch, this was resolved quickly.
I doubt other companies would be as patient and honour an exchange/refund after such a long time.
