I ordered an item that didn't say it was out of stock on the website but I got a call less than 5 minutes later to apologise for the mistake and they offered to either change the item to a different one or to get a full refund which is perfect customer service in addition to it being a quick call back after the purchase. 5/5 stars - Sam W
