I'm in shock at the service I've received. I was desperate for my drum to arrive by a certain date. There was complications outside of their control with the shipping but they did EVERYTHING they could to get it to me by the promised date. The time they put in contacting the shipping and me certainly outways any profit made. I've never been valued as a customer before. I for one have learnt buying cheaper elsewhere is not worth it. If BW Drums are selling something I am looking for that I can buy cheaper elsewhere, I will still be buying from BW Drums as I know it's worth the service received.
