Ordered an electriQ induction hob. Wanted to keep old appliance so did not pay for removal service. They turned up one week earlier, took the old appliance (its a tenanted property) then, when I complained, spoke to several people on the phone to first say they would return the old appliance, then, that it could not be returned, no compensation and blamed my tenants for letting them take the old appliance! I said it was theft but they do not care. They said that they would have taken the old one anyway, so I said why ask people to pay for it then and where was this stated in the contract? No answer. Terrible company, do not recommend and will not use again.
