I am giving this company the benefit of the doubt. The silver quaich arrived on Christmas Eve with several black unpolished bits on the handles. I have been trying to get in touch with the company ever since. I am assuming they have closed for the holiday but I am so disappointed as this was supposed to be an engagement gift.
