My dealings with Buyaparcel were fine but if they continue to use Evri as their courier they are going to lose customers. Although I was told they had received the order and it was out for delivery it never arrived. Not for the first time this has happened or been delivered to the wrong address.
It took so long to sort out that I had to buy from another company and claim a refund from Buyaparcel.
I've only given 1 star because of Evri.
