Absolutely awful don't buy from them. I ordered a makita reciprocating saw and paid for next business day delivery as it was urgently needed for one of my jobs. I received an email saying it has been delivered however there is no sign of my parcel anywhere, I have tried contacting customer service by email several times and also by phone over 50 times and still no response. This is a very recent order if I don't hear from them I will be reporting them to trading standards. Please be very careful ordering from these people.
