Not happy that when you purchase multiple items from this site they come from different suppliers and when an item has been lost by the courier BuyAParcel is not interested in resolving the issue. I had a package delivered to the wrong address, I contacted the courier and they admitted that the parcel was lost on 9 August 2022 and I was to seek a refund or replacement from the supplier. Today 12 September 2022 I still have not heard from BuyAParcel. Where is there customer services?
