The shower engine was faulty when fitted.I contacted Buy a Parcel but they asked me to use the Gainsborough warranty.I then contracted Gainsborough showers and it has taken me two months to get a resolution.
Eventually they sent out a fitter who agreed it was faulty and sent a replacement but that was the wrong model.
It took weeks to sort it out.
