Ordered an Item with 1-3 day postage. When they didn't arrive 3 days later on Saturday, Monday or Tuesday , I dropped Buyaparcel a polite Email just to let them know my parcel hadn't arrived, and I wanted to make sure it was on its way and hopefully was about to arrive. But instead of a re-assurance I got an itchy, rude reply.
Below is the actual email.
"Hi Your item is on the way with Hermes ref --------- as the free standard delivery was chosen
We expect this to be with you shortly".
I chose the free standard delivery of 1-3 days and it arrived 7-8 days later.
I was not happy as I could of ordered the tools from other companies with free next day delivery and some with cheap next day postage.
It's not the postage that's the main issue, it's the rudeness and opening an Email from a company we hadn't used before and when things don't arrive you worry.
That all said, The tools were a good price and did arrive ok but not sure I will use the company again, there's something not right when a company sings about customer importance and takes your money, with a promise, Then then you enquire about a no show parcel and you get a slap in the face Email.
