I looked at Buxtons online site when purchasing a Stihl lawnmower. It showed only one in stock & I needed to make sure it was physically available, rather than ordered in from Stihl directly. Mark answered the phone, literally on 5pm & he could not confirm it was in the warehouse as the manager had already gone home. He said he would ring me back at 8am to confirm & he did exactly that. The mower was there & I ordered it online there & then. 8am Friday, delivered 13.00 Monday at no delivery cost. Great customer service & a great delivery service as well. Take note companies taking your money & making you wait weeks. I have already recommended Buxtons to colleagues & will do so again.
