The customer services team were easy to talk with regarding the booking arrangements and they accommodated a late notice time change with ease. The butler = Alessandro was a delight, prior contact was made to confirm booking & arrival time. When he arrived he took full control of the hen party, making the bride feel extra special from the moment he arrived. He arranged many games, delicious drinks & even accommodated the mix of three different languages that were part of our party.
