Our butler was lovely. Really relaxed and easy to talk to. However, I feel like he lacked confidence. The evening didn’t really flow very well. We spent most of the time guessing riddles which was fun at first but got a bit boring after a while. He didn’t offer to make any drinks or anything and drifted off into independent conversations instead of guiding the group into playing the games etc. it felt a bit disjointed and I think people were losing interest.
