The company was easy to book through and pay. Our Butler was 20 minutes late, he did phone to let me know. And by the time he'd got ready it was 7.35 and we'd booked him from 7pm. We didn't get that time back. He suggested some games and I got him involved in the games I wanted to play with the group. He was very young and inexperienced when it came to serving/pouring drinks in a professional manner. I don't know if they get any training of this kind but it would be useful! He was entertaining and was a lovely lad but the service we received was disappointing
