I used Busy Bins for the first time this year as my green bin hasn't been emptied since 5th December which, when you consider it has food waste in it, is unacceptable to me.
It should have finally been emptied by the council on 16th January however due to the snow that day it didn't get done yet again and now won't be emptied until 30th January at best!
Busy Bins were easy to book, giving me a first-time user discount, and very reliable.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone.
