Booked a collection which never happened. Rang to make them aware it wasn't collected to be told it was behind a locked gate, which it wasn't. We have an open driveway with no gate, which the bin was left at the bottom of, on the pavement.
The lady told me she would make enquiries and ring me back, still waiting for the phonecall and my bin is still over flowing.
