UPDATE: The team at BE were quick to respond to this review and identified the internal issues we had with an employee failing to update them on the status of the issue.

We like our serviced office in 20 rathbone place in London, the reception and cleaning staff is brilliant. BUT we have had a toilet leaking for the last 6 months and no one seems to care. putting aside the money it's probably costing this is horrible sustainability practice considering the state of the leaks across the water network in the UK.
