The service I have received from Burnhills is extremely good and of a high standard.
However, the product I bought, an automatic hen feeder, is rather disappointing. Somehow, and I can’t see why or how, it spills good amounts of feeder pellets under the treadle and doesn’t always drop the pellets into the feeder tray. I have to push them through.
I have been in contact with Burnhills who have tried to help and make suggestions. I wouldn’t fault them in anyway.
