Adam is perfect worker who you first talk and his job it is to make you feel save on tgey hands "Don't worry you are passing for a really stressful situation and you dont need more worry we will do everything".. what he says. However, when he gets you pay, the situation change completely. I had 3 caseworkers, now 4, and they just send my application last November to the immigration system without to have a clue that the UK law had changed last February. I got first in touch with them June 2018. From june to November they just messed up and off course the process was refused without appeal. My time with my family.. all stress.. money spend.. expectations.. They are disgusting.. with no care at all to my problems. And i have paid this bunch of fck.. 2000£ for them to even call me back after many tries.. now i have two problems to deal with 😔😓😥
