I haven't received the product yet but the website is easy to navigate and use, with pop up explanations when needed and all of the choices we required (like thumb turn locks and low threshold on doors). The price is good too. We visited the showroom (a little hard to find as it is shared with their sister customer - right at the back of the trading estate) to check the chosen colour and finish and the salesperson gave us some really good advice on design and fitting. So far, great!
