Very easy to order but that is only one good thing about this company...... The delivery took around 4 weeks which was not a problem for me. The windows have been delivered with many defects such as scratched glass panes, a faulty opening mechanism, the sashes on the corners were sharp/uneven and the seal damaged. Contacting the company was very frustrating as they asked the same questions a few times. It looks like people who work over there don't know what's going on. Not all faulty items have been collected and I have been asked what has been collected and what I have etc. I managed to get replacements after another few weeks which have been delivered in worse condition than the original ones ( worse visual defects... scratched glass panes, also the glass panes were smaller than original ones.....). So my 30 years old windows looked better than these new ones. By the company's terms and conditions, they can send you goods with cosmetics defects "We will not accept a return of any goods for minor blemishes and cosmetic defects.” I have paid for new windows which should be delivered without any defects. I have been offered more replacements and an engineering visit however I was unable to wait another few weeks. Please remember that you have to give a seller at least one chance to rectify any problems and later under customer rights (Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods you supply must be of satisfactory quality.) you can ask for a refund. It was very difficult to return my order but thanks to Citizens Advice and bank credit card protection I managed to do it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
