The Internet advert, for Leadmate, said delivery in 3 to 5 days.. it never arrived. I managed to contact via email and was told out of stock and offered either cancel or wait until stock came in. I waited... 5 weeks later my order arrived. However, Gosia did message after 3 weeks and offered cancellation again. Fortunately I bought some elsewhere and now I have some in store. Not bad but advert could have been better.
