parcel has gone missing now i am expected to wait for outcome of investigation by carriers.
mean while i have to purchase the stock i need to fit to jobs at a inflated price from retail outlets.
What happened to customer service ??
Would be better to resend the order and sort out the return if the original ever arrives.
