I could not purchase an item without opening an account, I had to pay premium price for "express deliver, 2-3 days" as there was no alternative. I waited for the delivery but it didn't come. I was given a tracking number but it was not recognized on the website. I made two attempts to inquire on the chat line, but there was no response. I emailed sales and was told that delivery was entirely my responsibility. and was referred to the website of the delivery company. I had to open an account with them to track the item. When it arrived 8 days after the order it was deposited on the pavement outside my house strapped to a pallet. I had to move it because it obstructed the pavement, and injured my back. I am 81. I applied for a partial refund as I had not received express delivery. This was refused. Communications were unfriendly and unhelpful. There was no telephone number. Inconsiderate, seriously bad.
